Which Country Has The Best Technology?

Hey There! Welcome to Life Noggin! Technology and innovation are coming full
speed towards us from so many directions all over the world. But, Which Country Has The Best Technology? Each country in this global tech race has
something special to offer. Different countries have different specialties
and deciding which one has, quote, the best technology really comes down to what you value
the most. “Technology” is just using
scientific knowledge for normal, everyday purposes. So, the term “Best Technology” can consist
of many things – electronics, infrastructure, scientific advances, internet, you name it. If your personal definition of “best technology”
revolves around electronics, Japan may be your pick. It’s been named one of the top five economies
developing cutting-edge digital technology and for good reason, too. Japan has the highest quality of silicon for
silicon processing chips, helping advance the world of electronics. And Japan is a leader in robot production. They’ve had great success using robots to
reduce costs in their auto industry. And Tokyo’s public transit system is one
of the best and most reliable in the world, with their fastest trains going 200 miles
an hour! Lemme do some quick calculations here… [mumbling] Carry the one. That’s very fast! If you prefer great technology in the form
of futuristic, green buildings and innovative city design, then Singapore may have the best
tech for you. This quickly rising, superstar of a country
is less than 300 square miles and filled to the brim with tall buildings, with little
land left. To offset the greenery lost from development,
buildings are covered with flowers, shrubs and even trees. There are parks on top of buildings and bridges
connecting the city’s green spaces. Plus, Singapore has some pretty solid internet
so you could easily share pics of this amazing place. In early 2017, their internet connection speed
peaked at 185 megabytes per second, the highest peak in the world. The United States is often thought of as the
leader in tech, what with Silicon Valley and all, but it seems to be slipping down the
ranks. Government-funding for scientific research
and development for new tech has been falling for decades. Electronics like the smart phone you might be watching this on wouldn’t be
around if it weren’t for government-funded research. The US is also failing to provide tech workers. It’s estimated there are 3 million more
STEM jobs available than there are people to fill them. It’s not all bad though. The US does produce the most advanced degrees
in science and engineering and publish the most high-impact scientific publications. Plus, the US ranks second on the Global Competitiveness
Index, which takes innovation, economy, and infrastructure into account. So we’ve got all that going for us. You might be wondering where China comes into
play in this conversation. China is a huge leader in the tech industry
in a variety of ways and they’re gaining traction on the US. In terms of government spending for scientific
and technological research, they’re the 2nd biggest spenders and are quickly catching
up to the united states. As for everyday tech, their devices are more
intelligent too. China has the most machine-to-machine communication
of any country in the world. This means that more of their devices are
sending messages to each other. Think, a car talking to a home security system
talking to a television. and i’m trying to get in on that conference call because it sounds like it’d be a great conversation. With so many technologically-advanced countries,
it’s hard to say which one is “best”. But
Is it is cool to see all the technology being developed to help better the world and people’s
everyday lives. The countries listed in this video are just
a few examples. but which country do you think is the most technologically advanced? Let us know in the comment section below. and are you curious to know what would happen if we built a new continent? then check out this video! first things first, you would need to find a spot to build in international waters. meaning the part of the world that is not claimed by anyone else. you need to be at least 200 miles from any existing countries territorial sea baseline. as always, my name is Blocko! This has been life noggin! Don’t forget to keep on thinking.

  1. absulutely usa is no 1 technological country because nasa, apple iphone, microsoft, google, amamazon, youtube, robot technology, scientific researsch, hollywood everything usa is no 1 country in the world I love usa

  2. Germany, because the us took German scientists and a couple v2s, if not for them we, the us, would not have rockets and same with other countries.

  3. One thing is for sure… During 1000BCE eras or something, The Indus Valley Civilisation had the best tech with all their Vedic books and everything

  4. the fact is, japan is dying country even they are behind of south korea lately.. and china stole others technologies, and singaporean just using westerners technologies(no domestic industries), USA and western european(UK france german nethelrnad) making and lead new technologies from 1700s…………asian countries are just using or slightly deforming or renovating westerners technologies.. and i am south korean no american or european.

  5. It is hard to say. You know, China, Japan, the US, Russia, and other countries, both of them have advanced technologies.

  6. International students come to US and take the best STEM degrees, then they go back to their home countries and subsequently help make their home countries technologically advanced whilst US can't fill out their own STEM jobs.
Can you see the discrepancy here?

  7. I go with team China on this one… This people are the diy machines…. They inspire me a lot… Much love for asians..
    #proudlyafrican 😉

  8. in terms of robots, electronics i choose japan. and in science internet U.S is on top. but china is good in business.i think our world are controled by Rich business people.😅

  9. Don't underestimate the amount of private money that goes into US tech (which is very good across all aspects of tech, rather than in one niche).
Some government involvement is good; too much (or all) government involvement is not.

  10. Israel is the most developed tech country..we help the US with technology as much as they help us with military aid. it's not a one side deal.

  11. Turkey. Hahaha I'm just kidding. I living in Turkey but here, technology can't be important. I don't know reason but that's really sad.

I'm will study software engineer but I won't be here end of University.

I think technology is growing on Silicone Walley (if I write wrong sorry) and I hade a plan. I'm gonna make my own games and applications.

Thanks for reading! If you are coming to Turkey, pls tell me in comments.

  12. It's easy scadanavian countries Sweden Swissaland, neartherland lead, European Union follows, First country being Ireland Britain, USA third, fourth japan south Korea and Singapore. Believe it or not Israel and Canada are also on top. China although they are up there they are falling. Chinese in foreign University are being stopped because of spying and hacking and malicious insider stealing trade secrets, formulas, designs, and IP. (Intellectual theft).

  13. I think Aliens in Area 51 have the Best Tech in the Universe,
Even better than Wakanda because Wakanda doesn't have UFO's and Sapceships

  14. The US also has the most advanced MILITARY tech in the world, of course this is helped by the over 600 BILLION dollar budget :/
