I’M ASHLEY KETZ. ((BOB)) AND I’M BOB CLAUSEN. THE PROPERTY MANAGER OF THE BIG COUNTRY CHATEAU WAS IN COURT TODAY AFTER BEING CITED FOR FAILING TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN UTILITIES. HE TOLD THE JUDGE áá HE’S NOT GUILTY. Andrew Swinkoski/ Property Manager “We are doing everything we can to get the gas back on at the property.” ((BOB)) PEOPLE WHO LIVE AT THE COMPLEX ARE BEYOND FRUSTRATED. AND THINGS WILL ONLY GET WORSE AS THE TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO DROP. Tyrone Green/Big Country Resident “I’ve had to pay 30 to 40 dollars a day just to eat.” THE COMPLEX OWNED BY INTEGRA AFFORDABLE MANAGMENT BASED IN CHICAGOáááWE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ANDREW SWINKOSKI AFTER HIS COURT HEARING. Andrew Swinkoski/ Property Manager “We are hoping to get the entire property reá inspected by the end of this week and gas on by the end of this week. At this moment the main line has passed, five buildings have passed and we are calling for inspection on an additional two buildings today.” Tyrone Green/Big Country Resident “I don’t believe that they been saying that for the last month that they are going to try and get it fixed.” I ASKED SWINKOSKI WHAT CAUSED THE GAS TO BE SHUT OFF FOR SO LONG.
